For over 23 years, the military shaped my life in ways I never imagined when I first enlisted in May 2001. It was a journey filled with challenges, victories, and invaluable lessons—lessons in discipline, perseverance, adaptability, and, most importantly, leadership. As of December 2024, I have officially retired from the Army and am stepping into a new season of life—one that I believe I was called to pursue.
My new mission is clear: I dedicate myself full-time to coaching and training Christian men to become better leaders in every area of their lives.

The Leadership Lessons That Shaped Me
The military teaches leadership in a way that few other experiences can. You learn to lead under pressure, make decisions with limited information, and inspire those around you through action rather than words. Some of the most potent lessons I’ve taken with me include:
Servant Leadership – True leadership isn’t about authority; it’s about serving and elevating those you lead.
Resilience Under Pressure – Like the battlefield, life will test your endurance. A great leader remains steadfast.
Adaptability – Change is constant, but strong leaders embrace it and lead others through uncertainty.
The Power of a Clear Mission – When people understand the “why” behind their work, they engage with a greater purpose.
These are just a few of the principles that have guided me throughout my career. I am eager to share them with Christian men who want to improve their homes, workplaces, churches, and communities.

Why Leadership Coaching for Christian Men?
God calls men to lead—not for power, but for purpose. Whether as husbands, fathers, business owners, or mentors, men are placed in positions of influence, and our responsibility is to steward that influence well. But leadership isn’t just about knowing what to do—it’s about developing the character, mindset, and habits that align with God’s will.
That’s where my coaching program comes in. I am combining my years of military leadership experience with biblical principles to help Christian men:
✅ Develop a mindset of resilience and strategic thinking✅ Lead their families with wisdom and strength✅ Improve their confidence and communication in professional settings✅ Build leadership habits that reflect their faith
