The Journey to Purpose
My leadership journey started with a deep passion for coaching and personal development. I’ve always believed that leadership isn’t about a title; leadership is about character, responsibility, and the ability to inspire and serve others.
But leadership doesn’t start in the boardroom or on a stage. It begins at home. As a husband and father of three daughters, I’ve learned firsthand that the most crucial leadership role any man will ever have is within his family.
